I had been thinking about changing my windows and porch for some time. Looking around locally I did not come across any that took my fancy, so looking through yellow pages I came across your advert, yes, I thought, give them a call.

The first person I spoke to was Jane who was very helpful. When I asked some technical questions she said she was not sure and passed me over to yourself. Your knowledge convinced me to get your rep down to give me a quote, it all went well I’m pleased to say.

My contacts with Jane made me feel part of your company, Tuesday 26th came and your fitter Dominic arrived just after 8 am. His work is first class, paying and giving attention to his detail and making sure I was happy with your product.

Please show this letter around to other customers, I would and will recommend you to anyone.

After the mix-up over the total price of them, you could have just refunded my deposit, but instead you honoured the contract, which was good of you. I’ve finally got around to fitting the window I purchased from you in April and felt I had to send a email telling you how pleased I am with the result.
The window was perfect and easily fitted, everything was square and the fitting instructions and advice gave me the professional finish I was looking for.
Lastly the internet quotation service is spot on and I hope you will expand this further as much as its nice to have people to help you I just want to get on and this service gives me that. Thanks again and I hope now to take on another window very soon. Its good when things go to plan and using a company as yourselves makes the whole exercise painless. I am writing to you and your staff,to thank you for the exceptional job of work carried out on my property in November by Tony Parsons, when he fitted a white metal window into my original mahogany window frame.
Not only was Tony an excellent workman, but he was courteous to the extreme and left my property in a very clean condition. All of the staff from Mr Windows were extremely helpful and also courteous.
